Important information for BioForum 2010 EXHIBITORS Dear BioForum 2010 Exhibitor, Below you can find organization information regarding travel, delivery of promotion material and preparation of exhibition stand on BioForum 2010. 1. LOCATION BioForum 2010 - Central European Forum of Biotechnology and Innovative Bioeconomy will take place: Hotel Andel's, Ogrodowa street 17, Lodz, (Manufaktura) - Exhibition stands - 4th floor (BALLROOM) and ground floor - Posters, Seminars and lectures - 4th Floor (BALLROOM) - BioPartnering - ground floor - BUSINESS ROOMS 2. TIME Trade fair and poster session will be held on 19-20th of May. Satellite Event: 'Bioregions as a power of local economy in EU' which will be held together with Marshal's Office and Bio-Tech Consulting Ltd. will be held at 21th of May There will be no exhibition and poster session on this day. More information 3. AFTER ARRIVAL Before preparing exhibition stand we ask you to check in to the reception of BioForum 2010 (Front Desk - Conference Floor) - to pick up badges and BioForum 2010 materials, and to sign participants list. 4. EXHIBITION STAND ARRANGEMENT Equipment and materials could be carried into the building through the entrance at Manufaktura parking place, behind the hotel. All heavy equipment could be transported with goods elevator. While entering the elevator it is necessary to tell your company's name to the guards who will find you at list of exhibitors. If there is no necessity for goods elevator, we recommend entering through main door of Hotel Andel's. The exhibition stands may be prepared one day before the trade fair on 18th of May (Tuesday) between 7pm and 10pm, and at the first day of the trade fair on 19th of May (Wednesday) between 7am and 9am. All the materials - posters, leaflets, etc - could be fastened to exhibition stands' walls ONLY with use of scotch provided by organizer in the reception. 5. Biobusiness BANQUET - Biobusiness Social Event (19tf May, evening) Join this evening with BIOTECH LEADERS! I kindly invite you for the Biobusiness banquet: DATE: 19th May 2010, START: 8.30pm PLACE: FEVER - beside Manufaktura, Lodz, Drewnowska 58c More Information All participants are encouraged to join the Biobusiness Social Event organized in FEVER (in the area of Manufaktura) Experience the unique character of the city if Lodz in the well recognized club situated in the area of the BioForum. Entrance fee: 45 EUR covers catering, open bar (alkohol and beverages), party and disco with DJ, VIProom. Invitations for the banquet could be still ordered by Registration Form until 15th of May. At the event venue they could be also purchased on 19th May until 3pm at the Front Desk.
