Important information for BioForum 2010 POSTER PRESENTERS

Below you can find organization information regarding travel, delivery of promotion material and preparation of exhibition stand on BioForum 2010.

1. LOCATION
I kindly inform that BioForum 2010 - Central European Forum of Biotechnology and Innovative Bioeconomy will take place:
On 19-20th May 2010 in Hotel Andel's beside Manufaktura in Lodz, Ogrodowa street 17:
- Posters, Seminars and lectures - 4th Floor, BALLROOM; Exhibition stands - Conference Floor and 4th Floor, BALLROOM
- BioPartnering - ground floor - BUSINESS ROOMS

2. 21th MAY
On this day there will be accompanying event - 'Bioregions as a power of local economy in EU' which will be held together with Marshal's Office and Bio-Tech Consulting Ltd. More Information

3. AFTER ARRIVAL
Before hanging poster we ask you to check in the Front Desk of BioForum 2010 (Conference Floor - 'Registration of Poster Presenters') - to pick up badges and BioForum 2010 materials, and to sign participants list.

4. POSTERS
You could hand posters already on 18th May (Tuesday) between 7pm and 10pm, and on 19th May (Wednesday) between 7am and 9am. There are special stands for posters - 95cm wide and 250cm high - which will be marked for you. All the material - posters, leaflets, etc - could be fastened to poster stands ONLY with use of scotch provided by organizer in the reception.

5. Biobusiness BANQUET - Biobusiness Social Event (19tf May, evening)

Entrance fee: 45 EUR covers catering, open bar (alkohol and beverages), party and disco with DJ, VIProom. Invitations for the banquet could be still ordered by Registration Form until 15 May. Poster Presenters TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Special information for BioForum 2010 Poster Pesenters:

  1. Available exhibition wall size is 95 cm (width) x 237,5cm (length). Suggested poster format is B1 (707mm x 1000mm). Other poster sizes are also accepted, they should not exceed the wall size. The same applies to any materials hung on the walls of the exhibition booth.
  2. Please note that hanging posters and any other materials on the exhibition walls is possible ONLY using the sticking tape provided by the organizer.
GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please complete your company's profile by 10 April 2010. 

All the information should be kept in English.
It is important both for you as well as for your potential partners and customers.
Moreover, the content of the profiles is the basis for the BioForum 2010 catalogue which will be freely distributed among participants during the event.
You can modify your profile here using the information sent to you in the first email confirming the registration (use your email and password to log in).

  1. Make sure that your profile is complete by 10 April. The information from the profile will be the basis for your company/institution description in the BioForum 2010 catalgue. Maximum length of the description is 6500 characters (incl. spaces)

  3. In order to be issued a personal identification badge, please make sure that we have all the information about your company representatives. We need all the names of the representatives not later than 25 April . The names should be inserted in the appropriate field in the registration form ("Further persons"). You will receive your badge at the reception desk on the first day of the event.

  5. From 15 April - 10 May you have the possibility to invite other participants to B2B meetings (BioPartnering). Take advantage of the BioPartnering activity and make sure to book your meetings on time.

  7. We would like to kindly inform you that BioForum 2010 - Central European Forum of Biotechnology & Innovative Bioeconomy will be held on  two days, 19-20 May in Lodz .
